Traditional Bread making

What you will learn:

As well as learning to make Tuscan bread, you will also learn to make whole-wheat focaccia or flatbread, breadsticks with olive oil, and crackers with herbs.

Hours:

11:00-13:00 for morning classes
16:00-18:00 for afternoon classes

Instructor:

Pastry Chef Diego Poli . Lessons are in Italian with an English interpreter.

Costs:

€290 per person, up to 4 people
€250 per person for 5 or more people
