Sweet Traditions

In the 'Chocolate Passion' class you will learn how to make:

Hazelnut chocolate bites, chocolate cake and chocolate mousse.

In the 'Sweet Traditions' class, you learn to make:

Panforte, ricciarelli and pesche di Prato (Prato peaches).

Hours:

11:00-13:00 for morning classes
16:00-18:00 for afternoon classes

Instructor:

Pastry Chef Diego Poli . Lessons are in Italian with an English interpreter.

Costs:

€290 per person, up to 4 people
€250 per person for 5 or more people
