In the Chocolate class you will learn:

Hazlenut chocolote bites, chocolate cake, chocolate mousse

In the Sweet traditions class, you will learn:

Pan Forte, Ricciararelli and Pesche di Prato (Peaches from Prato).

Hours:

11:00-13:00 for morning classes
16:00-18:00 for afternoon classes

Instructor:

Pastry Chef Diego Poli . Lessons are in Italian with an English interpreter.

Costs:

€290 per person, up to 4 people
€250 per person for 5 or more people
