'All Around Us': Traditional Tuscan cooking course

Dishes you will learn:

Patè di fegatini, Tuscany's own version of chopped liver; pappa al pomodoro, a bread soup made from tomatoes; gnudi with ricotta cheese, butter and sage, a pasta without the pasta; and peposo, a spicy beef stew typical of Impruneta in the Chianti region.

Opt for the tartufo (truffle) class and you will learn how to make gnudi with ricotta and truffle, chicken cooked in a terracotta pot with truffle and white wine, and creamed sheep's milk with truffle and honey.


11:00-14:00 for morning classes
16:00-19:00 for afternoon classes
