This recipe for bread crackers makes use of stale bread to create a flavourful, tasty accompaniment to meat and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients for 4 people:
200 gr stale bread
50 gr water
30 gr extra-virgin olive oil
Process the bread in a food processor, then add the water and extra-virgin olive oil and process until smooth.
Lay the bread mixture on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and cook in a 180° oven for about 5 minutes.
