"All around us" - Traditional Tuscan cooking course

Dishes you will learn:

Patè di Fegatini, Tuscany's own version of chopped liver, pappa al pomodoro, a bread soup made form tomotoes, Gnudi with ricotta cheese, butter and sage, a pasta without the pasta, and Peposo, a spicy beef stew typical of the Impruneta area of Chianti.

Opt for the Tartufo class and you will learn Gnudi with ricotta and truffle, Chicken made in a pot with white wine and truffle, and creamed sheep milk with honey and truffle.


11:00-14:00 for morning classes
16:00-19:00 for afternoon classes
