Learn to cook from the earth to the plate with Borgo's own garden ingredients

What you will learn:

Fresh garden salads with slow-cooked egg yolk and herbs, Asparagus and Liquorice risotto, Eggs with red wine, parmasean and rocket, and Flowers and leaves. Plating and decorating for gourmet presentations.


11:00-13:00 for morning classes
16:00-18:00 for afternoon classes


 Chef Andrea Mattei and Chef Andrea Ferrari . Lessons are in Italian with an English interpreter.
